Currently, all the IT project are created and followed with P2 methodology, from a new incoming pre-project to closure and maintenance. John and I built a customized in-house PID based on P2 principles. This is used as THE reference document by the IT PMs. We also created two planning templates in the Project tools to help the PMs. One is simplified with the main product to deliver in each P2 step, the other is much more detailed in case of need of bigger control. At the end of John's mission the IT PMs succeeded to apply the methodology to at least one important project each. ”
